  Initially I was very nervous and slightly skeptical about going to Geoff’s therapies, simply because traditional therapy (CBT, talking therapies etc) had never worked for me in the past for treating post traumatic stress, anxiety and depression, and I would only very temporarily see any improvements if there were any at all. However upon visiting Geoff, he made me feel extremely welcome and was very helpful by going above and beyond with check ups and advise to help myself improve mentally and physically, it’s hard to quite put into words how these therapies work as it’s simply unexplainable in the best way possible, I’ve noticed improvements in my everyday life and I’m back to being confident in myself and don’t struggle with flashbacks anywhere near as much anymore.Thanks a million Geoff I’ll always appreciate the work that you do.

  What an unbelievable experience!! One which I’ll never forget. I went to Geoff because of anxiety/depression issues which I worked for years. He took me on the most profound journey which lead to me meeting relatives that had passed away. It was honestly the most magical experience and helped me see what I suffered with so much anxiety.   Visited Geoff for Hypnosis for six weeks.Wasnt quite sure what to expect but felt the need to go.I was not in a very good place when I contacted Geoff but as soon I was there I was put at ease and made to feel comfortable. I found Geoff to be very understanding and knowledgeable. Geoff took me on a journey through hypnosis to help me address some of the problems I was experiencing.We got to the root causes and my journey was very magical. I can not explain but all I can say is through hypnosis I started to feel changes within myself everyday.Through healing of the mind and body not only did I feel so much better mentally I also felt better physically.I would highly recommend Geoff as his power through hypnosis is amazing.Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, addictions or grief.   My experience with Geoff was amazing.I've been dealing with anxiety and depression for over a year and was really hard to overcome and I also had a drinking problem which I didnt know how to stop once I started. After 6 weeks of treatment I have found a job, I am much happier with myself and my relationship got better. I no longer have problem drinking and can drink sociably.   Had a fantastic experience with Geoff. Going into hypnotherapy I felt unsure but Geoff reassured me.   After six sessions with Geoff I feel much happier, calmer and excited for the future. In the consultation appointment we talked through what the issues were and the plan of attack to try and quell them, Geoff was certain he could help.Whilst I was sceptical, the experience Geoff took me through was nothing short of amazing.Each session left me feeling better and better.The sessions themselves are all different and the places Geoff took me were absolutely mind blowing. Being hypnotised is unlike anything I've done before, you see things very clearly even down to smells and sounds.The issues I had in the beginning have vanished and my overall happiness is higher than it ever has been.   At the start of 2020 I needed help. I was at my lowest. My self esteem and motivation were rock bottom. As soon as I called and spoke with Geoff, it felt like a huge burden was lifted. Having lost my husband and more recently, Mum, I'd become anxious and depressed. Family issues were affecting me and I started to drink. After each session, I felt lifted, culminating after six sessions in a new lease of life, a transformation! I now feel much healthier and happier.   I totally endorse this practice to everyone who needs help to clear out their past events which they are holding onto. In my own experience Geoff managed to help me resolve personal issues holding me back which I had no idea were there.I went on many journeys over my sessions with Geoff and this resulted in me feeling calmer and more in tune with myself.   I went to see Geoff to help me through my journey to accomplish a goal and a dream of mine. I have always loved boxing and to be part of such a big charity event which was also filmed by the BBC I felt the nerves turn into fear which had spun me into the brink of a near break down. I have always been a nervous person but always felt a dual between wanting to pressure test my skills and the fear/dread of under performing in front of a large crowd. Fear wasn’t a part of my experience, i arrived on the night feeling focused, determined and loved every minute of it, i feel so good I accomplished my goal I couldn’t have done this without Geoff to who I am forever grateful.

  I went to see Geoff initially to deal with a severe flight phobia. This was after several attempts via other means to deal with it, which had inadvertently failed. Not only did Geoff manage fix my phobia almost immediately, but what I experienced during our sessions was truly something else.   I began my sessions with Geoff in August and my life back then was a complete mess I was on the brink, I had lost everything around me from my family my job and my friends, I had tried everything I could find in the years that had gone by with the cocaine addiction that I had been trapped in, I had gone to meetings with other addicts I couldn’t get clean I had got help and support from my drs and went to hospital I couldn’t get clean, I had spent money on a Psychiatrist I couldn’t get clean I even looked at rehab options with the consideration of paying over 5,000 pounds to get me of the cocaine. However the moment I stepped through the doors to see Geoff my life changed I connected with him on a spiritual level both in my mind and out, the places Geoff has taken me are incredible I have found my guardian angel In my Nan and gone to places out of this world in the future and in the past he truly has changed my life and who I am today. I have found inner peace and happiness and I love who I am today and I am so thankful for all the help and support Geoff has gave me, he is a fantastic hypnotherapist and a fantastic human being, seeing Geoff no matter what your problems are can change your life it has for me! I done everything I could and until I met Geoff and finally for the first time in my life love myself and put others first and not me and really love my life and everyone who is in it!   Always an open minded, if non-religious, person I was keen to meet with Geof and experience hypnotherapy for the first time. I was not disappointed!I was NOT expecting to go on such an amazing journey. No, what I actually did was go on half a dozen incredible journeys.I had suffered with some 'unexplainable' (Dr's diag) symptoms for over a year and nobody could get to the bottom of them.   After trying several different types of treatments without success, we thought geoff was worth a try and hes worth every penny, this man is the best he makes you feel so welcome and puts you at ease , he is understanding, supportive and explains everything, after just one session you will notice the difference in yourself, can't recommend this man enough !!   After being initially very skeptical, I spoke to Geoff and booked in for an initial session. Right away I was put at ease, and from the word go I knew that Geoff was going to be able to help me. The sessions are done in the most non-invasive way, and the whole experience was overwhelmingly positive. I went on some amazing journeys, and feel like I have re-discovered myself.   writing my review while sitting in sunny crete all thanks to geoff.. went to see him over my fear of flying which has obviously worked!! Upon meeting geoff i knew i was going to love him and the six sessions we done. My social anxiety has completely gone i am never home, and any event that comes up i am first to say “i will come” which is totally out of character for me. My whole mindset and outlook on life has changed and I can’t thank him enough for this. The six sessions we done were amazing he took me to places that blew me away. I was worried that I wouldn’t be in full control of myself but you are, completely. The first question everyone asks me is “are you in control” and you really are so don’t let that put you off.   I've tried all the alternatives therapies, I was giving up before meet Geoff. I've felt a sadness since I was I child and never know why. This particular problem brought me anothers like lack of confidence, depression and many others, had no purpose to live. As long as we were doing the sessions this problems faded , was unbelievable.   I went to see Geoff due to suffering from Toilet Anxiety. I had tried CBT sessions in the past on the NHS which did not help at all. This issue had been eating away at me for over a year and was impacting on my quality of life. I then decided to give Geoff a call. Even after a couple of sessions, I was feeling more relaxed in myself and not as anxious. I went on amazing journeys with Geoff that I will never forget.   I have had chronic back pain that has impacted my life for over 15 years and, after 6 sessions of hypnotherapy with Geoff, I am now pain free. I went for hypnotherapy as a last resort having tried everything from major back surgery & anti-epilepsy drugs, to every type of exercise and physical manipulation going. The result of the hypnotherapy has been amazing and I now don't need to take pain killers to help me sleep or plan my life around keeping my pain down to bearable levels. Thank you Geoff

  I have just finished the most amazing journey! I came to Geoff lacking motivation and generally feeling low and in need of direction.   What can I say about Geoff . He is brilliant . He is kind , professional and a great hypnotherapist. When I first came to see Geoff , I was depressed , unable to move on with my life following the death of my parents and my husband . I had no desire to do things and no confidence . Geoff changed all that . He took me on a journey and made me see that it was okay move on with my life , that my loved ones were always there around me supporting me I even gave them a hug which was wonderful . He showed me that it was okay to do what I wanted now no more sadness no more guilt . We went to amazing places and at one point I was flying , spreading my wings free as a bird . I also met an amazing lion walking alongside me which to me signified strength and courage . I can’t thank Geoff enough for helping me see that life is for living .
